"Good deals, especially for bigger horse items"
I’ve ordered from Riding Warehouse a handful of times now, and the promos make me feel a lot better about buying the bigger horse stuff that can get expensive fast. The discounts aren’t always massive, but even a smaller deal feels better than paying full price. Shipping has been totally fine for me too. I’m giving it one star off because it’s a little frustrating when sale items sell out really quickly, especially when you finally feel like you found a good deal.

"Smooth Checkout and Flexible Payment Options"
I had a really easy time ordering from Riding Warehouse. When I got to checkout, I was glad to see they had a few different ways to pay, because I didn’t have to stop and dig around for another card or rethink the whole order.
The checkout itself was quick and straightforward, and nothing weird popped up at the last second. I just picked what I needed, paid the way I wanted, and moved on, which makes shopping there feel a lot less stressful.

I stopped by while shopping with my sister, and we were both impressed by how many choices there were. The only downside was that a few of the sizes we needed weren’t available, so we couldn’t get everything we had in mind. Still, it was a nice shopping experience overall

"Easy exchange, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots and expected the exchange to be a huge hassle, but it ended up being easy. Printing the return label was simple, and my new size shipped out without much trouble. The only annoying part was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what step I was on or what to expect next. That said, the updates came through quickly, and customer service replied to my email the same day. Overall, it went way better than I thought it would, and I’d order from Riding Warehouse again

"Actually had what I needed"
I was looking for a couple of tack items that were out of stock pretty much everywhere else, and… Riding Warehouse actually had them available and ready to ship. Picking the sizes and colors was easy too. Nothing super fancy to say, just… it’s really nice when a store actually has what it says it has.

"Slow service and no one seemed in charge"
Service was slow, and the most frustrating part was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for helping us. Everyone seemed to be passing things around, so we just ended up waiting longer than expected.

"Pretty easy ordering experience"
Ordering from Riding Warehouse was simple overall. The cart and checkout pages were clear, and I liked that I could see the shipping options before paying. It did take me a minute, umm, to find where to enter a promo code, but it wasn’t a big deal. Payment went through without any issues, and I got the confirmation email right away. I’d definitely use them again

"Good for basics, but maybe not always the best deal"
I’ve ordered from Riding Warehouse a couple of times now, and I think it’s decent overall. The prices are okay, though maybe I was expecting them to be a little better? Some things do seem cheaper than other tack sites, but then other items look about the same, so I’m never totally sure if I’m actually getting a great deal. The shipping and discounts help, especially if you catch a sale, but I feel like it’s one of those places where it’s more worth it if you wait. I’d still use it for basic stuff, but I don’t know if I’d say it’s always the best value...

The box showed up a bit dented, which made me suspicious at first, like I was already expecting something inside to be damaged. But everything was packed really well, and luckily it all arrived safe. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered a couple riding items from Riding Warehouse and overall it was just okay. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. One of the items looked really nice and I was happy with it, but the other one felt a little cheaper than I expected for what I paid. It still does the job, so I’m not mad about it, just not Super impressed either. I’d probably order again if there was a good sale...

I checked their size and fit notes before ordering my boots, and I’m glad I did. They showed up fitting "just right," so I didn’t have to deal with a return. Super helpful and made the whole process really easy.

The tracking updates were a mess. I did get them eventually, but they were so delayed that they were basically useless. The company really needs to get its system together because customers shouldn’t be left guessing where their order is.

"The points actually add up"
I order from Riding Warehouse regularly, mostly little tack things here and there, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the rewards points. I noticed them sitting in my account before my last order and was able to knock a decent amount off without having to click through a bunch of weird steps. It applied cleanly at checkout, which I appreciated because I always double-check the totals and shipping before I hit submit. Nothing fancy, just a simple rewards setup that actually feels useful if you order often.

The staff were nice and tried to help, but they didn’t seem to know all the details. that’s kind of how it always is with places like this — they can answer the basics, but once you ask something specific, it gets a little unclear. Still, they were friendly enough and did what they could.
